About me

Kaitlin is a 2017 graduate of The Ohio State University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to getting her DPT, she graduated from Miami University in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health.  Kaitlin has an additional certification as a Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PPCES).

Kaitlin is passionate about providing better care to women during pregnancy and postpartum. She believes it should be standard for all women to receive physical therapy postpartum to learn how to safely rehab and restore the function of their pelvic floor and core! Kaitlin was absolutely wonderful to work with! I have been to several other PTs to help with my low back/hip pain but I felt like she actually listened to me when I told her that even some of the "basic" exercises I was prescribed were difficult for me because I wasn't feeling them where I should be. She helped me realize that I was actually tensing up a lot in my pelvic floor and that I needed to focus on relaxing everything before focusing on strengthening. This was such a huge light-bulb moment for me and has helped me immensely! I definitely recommend Kaitlin and am grateful for her personalized approach and 1-on-1 time!
